Workout Debt

Terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to the Android app Workout Debt, published by Mindaugas Viburys, Lithuania ("Viburys", "we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Health notice

Workout Debt is a tracking tool, not medical or fitness advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation that a particular amount of exercise is safe or right for you.

  • Talk to a doctor before you start a new exercise routine, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while.
  • Stop right away and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest pressure.
  • You choose your own workouts, quotas and how fast they grow. The app adds debt and raises quotas automatically, and it sends reminders, but it doesn't know your health or your limits. Lower a quota, choose gentler growth, or declare bankruptcy whenever your target is too much. Never push past what your body can handle just to clear a number.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Don't copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it. Google Play's terms of service also apply to how you get and use the app.

Free version and Premium

The free version tracks one workout with every feature. Premium unlocks unlimited workouts. You can buy Premium as:

  • A monthly subscription. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it in Google Play. If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
  • A lifetime purchase. One payment, with nothing to renew.

Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you pay, including any taxes. Google Play processes every payment, subscription and refund under theGoogle Play Terms of Service and Google Play's refund policies. To cancel a subscription, open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. If you have a problem with a purchase, email us as well and we'll help.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that's delivered straight away, Google Play asks you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you lose this right once delivery starts. Nothing in these terms limits any other rights you have as a consumer.

Your data

Your workout data is stored only on your phone. See the privacy policy for what the app processes and why. Keeping a backup is up to you: turn on Android backup if you want to keep your data when you change phones. We can't recover data that was deleted or lost on your device.

Changes to the app

We work to keep the app reliable, but we can't promise that it will always be free of errors or available on every device. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we ever stop offering Premium, you'll keep what you already paid for for as long as the app works on your device. Subscriptions will be stopped so they don't renew.

Our liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or harm that comes from exercise you choose to do. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Lithuania, or by the courts of the country where you live if you're a consumer and that law gives you that choice.

Please contact us first: most problems can be solved by email. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes.

Language

These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, it's for convenience only, and the English version applies if they differ.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the app gets new features. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in the app or its release notes before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
