This website doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you and doesn't load anything from other websites. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't identify you.

Who is responsible

Mindaugas Viburys, Lithuania. Email: support@viburys.com.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare acts as our processor. This data may be transferred to the United States: Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing terms include the Standard Contractual Clauses. More inCloudflare's privacy policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read and where visitors come from. It doesn't use cookies or local storage, doesn't fingerprint your browser, and doesn't follow you across websites. We only see totals, never individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your theme choice

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser's settings.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply. Mail to viburys.com addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare and stored in Google's Gmail. We keep it only as long as we need it to help you.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal data, or have it corrected or deleted. You can also restrict or object to its processing. Email support@viburys.com. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or to the authority in your own EU country.
